Fitch reiterates its rating AAA for ENGIE Brasil Energia
For the Chief Executive Officer of ENGIE Brasil Energia, Eduardo Sattamini, confirmation of the domestic AAA rating and BB international (one above sovereign rating) is indeed excellent. “Especially considering a period such as the current one when we have a high level of investments”, he comments. “This reflects our conservative financial profile and low leverage which has made the growth we are experiencing today possible without altering our solid credit quality”, concludes Sattamini.
ENGIE Brasil Energia has enjoyed a AAA rating from Fitch since 2012.
