ENGIE proposed monthly payments of R$ 1.1 million, a 71% negative premium vis-\u00e0-vis the ceiling as per the bidding documents. The 23-year agreement provides for operation, maintenance and expansion of the city\u2019s public lighting infrastructure, with over 160 thousand light points.<br \/>\n\u201cThis is a long-term partnership that underscores our stance towards accelerating the energy transition towards carbon neutrality in Brazilian municipalities.
