When is the Income Report generated for shareholders?
The Income Report is only issued by the book-keeping bank if the investor received income payments from the company during the year ended. If no earnings were paid by ENGIE Brasil Energia during the year and the shares are held in custody on the stock exchange (brokerage), the Income Report is not generated by the bookkeeping bank.
What is ENGIE Brasil Energia's Dividend Policy?
The Company's Dividend Policy establishes at least two annual dividends, one per semester. Eventually, at the discretion of the Board of Directors, Interest on Equity may also be declared.
